Went for a free consultation with Mr. Green. Despite all that was going on with our situation, he recommended we not go to court at this time. He gave us some ideas and options to look into which we certainly will do. We genuinely feel he gave us solid advice to do what was best for our family. I feel other attorney in his shoes would’ve quickly said, “let’s take this to court”and get our money. Going to court was our intention and we actually got talked out of it but for good reasons. We appreciate the honesty and compassion from one parent to another.

EFFECTIVENESS, HONESTY, INTEGRITY, TRUST: These are the pillars of a relationship with a lawyer, and Didion and Green are examples of them. My previous encounters with two other local lawyers had been terrible, and cost me thousands upon thousands of dollars. A close friend of mine (who had been a judge) referred me to John Green after doing some research, and I never regretted it. Mr. Green was straightforward but caring, communicated honestly and openly, and was reachable both by phone and through his website. His staff was amazing and efficient. Everything was geared around removing the stress of the situation (a bad divorce and subsequent illegitimate "contempt" charges). I felt that Mr. Green and his team kept me informed without bogging me down in the details, and he definitely removed the stress from a difficult situation that the other lawyers had only made worse. Mr. Green worked well with the opposing attorney, and especially with the judge (vital!). I maintain my connection with his firm in the event of follow on issues and would recommend Didion and Green to anyone in the Portage county area.
