This had to be one of the most disrespectful and spineless interactions my family and I have ever had to deal with. Stephan’s demeanor was totally unprofessional. He wasn’t compassionate about our hardships or willing to even listen to anything that was said after my partner spent an hour with his wife and son. His secretary runs the business apparently because she had to call and apologize for a grown man’s attitude and actions towards us. He then called back with a nasty attitude saying our dismissal letter would be ready at his office. All he cares about is his money. I would give a zero if I could for this review. It’s ok though because there are many other people out there that care and are willing to help instead of wasting precious time.
