Horrible experience- I paid them in full on a Friday after a consultation with Paralegal. They cashed my check first thing Monday. I called and emailed with some questions and nobody returned calls or emails. I finally get a response and they are refunding my money because I questioned them on why nobody would return calls and emails. Don’t hire unless you want to go it alone. Heaven forbid you have questions after you pay them. They will fire you as a client.

Extremely unhelpful in trying to locate a Will for my mother. His brother was a lawyer in Salem but had retired. They refused to reach out to his brother because of a family Fued. Despite my desperate need to find her Will and where his brothers files maybe kept. They refused to even try to assist. All they had to do was send an email. But their family fued was more important than the situation I had since my mother recently passed!!!! That's sad!!!!

Sadly I wouldn’t want to even explain how this law firm made me feel. I trust that God works things out in due time.

I had very unique circumstances including 1) being referred by another lawyer for him to take my case and 2) being afraid of men due to domestic disputes. However, I had no issues working with Dirk or his team towards feeling safe and represented. He was fair, honest and affordable which meant a lot in my circumstances. I thank him personally and to Laken for her follow ups and understanding with me throughout my case and for Ginger for her follow ups and scheduling due to my out of state travels and appearances. The absolute worst lawyer you could possible hire. He's greedy and doesn't care about your case at all. Stay far away!!

Absolutely the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered and that’s saying a lot. One staff member called me and told me one thing then another staff member called and told me something different and then was yelling at me over the phone. Still don’t have an answer to the question. Unprofessional and absolutely disgusting how rude they were. Would not recommend. Ginger and Laken are clearly in over their heads and unable to work effectively without unnecessary conflict. What was a very simple misunderstanding turned into a major conflict and cost them a client. Not only will I not use them I will not recommend them to anyone I know.

We were recommended to Dirk by some very close friends. His office secretary Ginger was so welcoming and understanding, she got us scheduled to come in right away. Dirk took his time with us, and was very compassionate about our situation. Laken his paralegal was always quick to respond to emails throughout this whole process. I will say that you have to trust in the process.. things don't happen overnight in the court system. We turned our trust over to him and let him fight the case for our son. He put in the time and long hours on our case and it paid off as we won in the end.
