The whole process is a long and very detailed one. The obstacles and amount of time put in was very hard to do with my disability but worth the results.

When no one else would help me.Benefit solutions did atticus, it was Abel to help find me an attorney that understood my claim. In my case, I'm very grateful to everybody praise be to God. You know, his glory and let him bless and shine upon each and every one of everybody that has helped me and has helped anybody who has, I needed it, because, without you guys, I didn't know. What to do I was denied 3 times and come to find out they never even obtain the correct medical records in the correct kind of time period so they're basing their decision on my prior years, instead of asking my motorcycle accident. It seems to be hard getting a call back.when working w ssa paperwork you have a deadline.on and have questions for them regarding the initial paperwork they sent in for.you. no one is answering the phone just a recorder..so i.leave a msg..how long does it take to get a call back?

Subject: Formal Complaint and Request to Terminate Services I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the lack of communication, professionalism, and overall handling of my disability case since the beginning of our working relationship. It has become increasingly clear that there is significant miscommunication and disorganization within your team, and I no longer feel confident in your ability to represent me effectively. From the start, I have experienced poor communication and inconsistent information. As a mother-daughter team, it appears that the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. I have received conflicting answers from the mother, the daughter, and even Social Security. For instance, your office could not explain why my claim was denied, and when I reached out to Social Security directly, their explanation differed from what I was told by your team. Today, yet again, I was given a different reason for the denial, further highlighting the lack of clarity and coordination. I have repeatedly had to pursue your office for updates, request the submission of documents, and seek answers on my own. Rather than advocating on my behalf, I have been left to handle the bulk of the work myself. Despite your claim of 17 years of experience, your team incorrectly informed me that I did not have the necessary work credits, while Social Security confirmed that I do. Additionally, your suggestion that I apply for SSI contradicts the income limitations, raising further concerns about the accuracy of your guidance. Your office consistently fails to return phone calls or follow through on promised actions. Today, after your court hearing, I was told to expect a call—yet, once again, no one followed up. This pattern of broken promises and lack of initiative is unacceptable and unprofessional. Furthermore, being told that your "hands are tied" and there is nothing more you can do, when I believed the next step would be to appeal, confirms that your firm is no longer equipped to effectively handle my case. Given these ongoing issues, I believe it is in my best interest to terminate your services immediately and seek representation from another law firm. I expect formal acknowledgment of this termination in writing. I trusted your office to guide and support me through this complex and challenging process, but your lack of diligence and communication has only added to my burden. This level of service is unacceptable, and I will be leaving a public review to ensure others are aware of my experience.
