I reached out as I was being pushed into early retirement by my employer. They committed several ADA violations in the process. I submitted tons of documentation to be told my employer could do whatever they wanted. Waste of time and hope.

Called and was referred to the alaska barr for disability, no attorneys available.

Voice-mail says sorry can't help, no staff

Although I wasn't able to receive any lawyer I was impressed with the response to my issues.

Waste of federal resources . Inept at responding

This place is not for small fish. They will probably only help you if you can't talk, or there is a lot of money involved. That's been my experience so far. Time will tell.

They may not be paid directly from the state of Alaska, but they are paid by them indirectly. Another way of putting it is "You scratch my back, and I'll scratch yours.
