Mr. Horne is by far the most dedicated and professional attorney I have ever worked with. I had a very complicated Virginia Retirement System Medical Disability claim because my Workers Compensation attorney (not connected to Mr. Horne at all, but from a large local firm) gave me bad advice concerning the Worker’s Comp and VRS statutes.
