Disability Law Office NW. provided a dedicated team to my case. Each specialized and brought their A Game on my behalf. I was never alone. The paperwork to get started was easy and a team member was always available to ask any questions. The team kept me informed so I could be confident as the process is a little timely however when you put it in perspective it’s no time at all as this result effect’s the rest your entire life. I alway felt my team was invincible. So talented. So personal. After your win you will only be sad about one thing. Saying goodbye to this family that fight’s harder for you than your own family. But have no fear they feel the same so they said I could call any time if just missing one of the team. Myself much like others can loose confidence please turn that piece over to the team they will manage it for you. Do not own that. let them handle that while you relax and take care of yourself. When you win is the greatest win of your life because it effect’s the rest of your life. just make the call you will be so glad you did. Thank you team (family) at Disability Law Office NW. When my paperwork got lost in the mail, they dropped me. They say texting works for them, but they never replied to my concerns. They get your hopes up, that's for sure.

Everyone at disability law office is incredible to work with! I feel incredibly blessed I choose them as my attorneys. I was denied the first go around disability and SSI mailed me how to appeal if and a list of attorneys. Randy was my wonderful attorney who walked me through everything. They helped fill out paperwork, communicate with SSI, gather medical records, answer all my questions. Everyone who works here was amazing to work wirh and I was approved my disability after 2 years. I had a strong case for mental health wirh ptsd, anxiety, depression, cptsd, adhd, bipolar. I’ve done many years of therapy, IOP and PHP for my ptsd and I was approved and won my case when Randy and I met with the judge. I was nervous for my hearing but Randy really helped me stay calm, be prepared, Randy did his introduction and reason for why I need disability and unable to work at this current point in time. I’m extremely grateful. This whole process dealing with DSHS and SSI is confusing, degrading, and a brutal process gathering documents together. Their kindness, dedication, and being amazing advocates for me felt so good when navigating the system makes you want to give up. 10/10 I recommend disability law nw!!! Don’t give up trying to get disability if you’re unable to work. I’m glad I stuck through the process and have an amazing team who helped me immensely. Words can’t express my gratitude and I recommend them to anyone trying to apply for disability 🙏

I was taken on as a client by Randy to appeal my SSI cessation, which I receive on the basis of psychological and developmental disabilities. He was kind at first, but quickly after payment was received ($2000 that I put on a credit card and am still struggling to pay off and which I was told upfront would likely be partially reimbursed) I ran into issues. The staff or Randy would berate me over small errors or logistical issues; I had to scan and fax paperwork; without a car or fax machine, this was difficult to do, and if there was an error it was difficult to fix in time. This was rarely met with any grace or understanding. I was often told to resend paperwork that I already had sent. The worst experience was when SSI sent me forms that said they needed to be filled out within ten days; I panicked and filled out said forms. I was called and berated by an office worker, and then again called by Randy who was extremely unprofessional and frankly cruel on the phone. He told me that I ruined my case and that there was nothing that could be done because I had sent in these forms. This triggered a panic attack, in public no less, and he said “well, nothing to cry about, it’s already ruined.” I apologized and explained that this was a last straw for me; my close friend had just killed herself, and my partner of 3 years had just broken up with me. Randy responded “well, what, did you think you were gonna marry this guy?” I don’t know if Randy was having an off day, but the conversation was incredibly insensitive and inappropriate, especially considering that I am on disability for debilitating psychological disorders. Later that week, I got a letter that SSI had decided to drop their cessation of my benefits, seemingly on a whim. I got one missed call from Randy. I tried to call back to ask if there would be any partial reimbursement of the $2000 fee at all (especially considering the case wasn’t resolved by NW Disability, and there was no trial Randy even needed to go to) and my call was not returned. I tried to call several more times. I asked when he is in office so that I could call at a specific time. I reached out over email. I never got a response back. The way my case was handled by NW Disability seriously exacerbated the stress of the situation and the state of my mental health. Frankly, I feel like I was ripped off. I don’t know if financial restitutions could be made at this point, but I would at least like this feedback to be taken seriously so that hopefully future clients are treated with more respect and compassion, or can make an informed decision to seek representation elsewhere.

I began my disability claim process with another firm that treated me poorly so I left them. I was refferd to Randy by a friend with the statement, " Randy is the best". Randy listened to me and his approach to my need was straight forward with no BS. As I was hiring Randy I had talked with SSA about assigning new council and the SSA worker I talked with said my change to Randy was a good one. Before believing your situation is hopeless call Randy!

The team at Disability Law Office NW is the best. They answered all my questions and helped me win my case. The entire process was smooth and painless. They were so prepared at the hearing that it was all over as quick as it started. Thank You Randy!

Disability Law Office NW has been an absolute godsend for my SSA claim. They've handled everything with kindness and professionalism, removing the burden of dealing directly with the SSA when I simply don't have the energy or capacity. Their expertise with 100% disabled veterans has been particularly beneficial; they know how to leverage my DAV status to expedite the process, which has significantly reduced my stress levels. If an issue pops up I know it’s already on their radar or it’s been taken care of. They manage all paperwork and communicate effectively with the SSA on my behalf. I'm grateful for their service and their deep understanding of both the SSA system and how veteran's benefits help the process.

Randy, Laurel, Anne , Patricia and the rest of the team went above and beyond with patience , kindness and understanding to help me through a though time. In the middle of all my health issues, trying to document my daily struggles with cancer and many other debilitating health issues, my husband unexpectedly passed away. They were absolutely amazing and provided all the knowledge and support I could have expected and more! You can’t get any better!

I got denied by social security on June 7th 2024 so I went to Disability Law NW for help so Randy's team reapplied my application by August 31, 2024 and by October 31, 2024 they got my social security approved and in my bank account by November 7, 2024. I highly recommend them the team is great + they keep you in loop of everything + if you have questions they always answer them. You have to be patient is all because social security works on their own times table.

A pleasure working with Randy and his staff... always accommodating and hard working. It's a long process and a lot of work. They navigated it beautifully.

My case was not approved at first when I was proceeding alone, but this law firm helped me quickly and accurately, so my case was won and my case was approved. I recommend this law firm.

Kind, friendly, understanding and easy to talk to. He did a fantastic job winning my case and preparing me for all of the questions I was asked. When asked something we didn't cover well, he interjected with an answer.

Randy and his associates were easy to work with, pleasant and understanding, and helped answer questions I had regarding my case all the way up through my approval. I have told multiple friends to contact their office prior to applying for benefits as the fees are very reasonable and they're very professional!
