Don took over my daughter’s medical malpractice death case from my initial attorney. From the beginning, I felt comfortable that my case was now in competent hands. He was successful in substituting a new expert replacing the original expert selected by my first attorney. He fought off all the pre-trial motions to keep the case alive and then tried the case to a jury for over a week and won a plaintiffs verdict for the death of my daughter! I have no doubt that if I had not selected Don Discepolo, I would not have won a victory for my daughter’s death against the negligent ob/gyn practice. My experience with this firm was the WORST. I brought a case with 4 other families thinking that the more people with this similar case would bring a great outcome when in fact they didn't even put of the slightest fight to get more that $1000 for a case. Then pay them 40% out of each settlement to leave families with less than $1000. If you want to sign you name to the DEVIL, you have met your match. Otherwise PLEASE GET PROFESSIONAL COUNSEL somewhere other than here. To settle for $1000 from a carbon monoxide case and leave innocent children scared for life was a JOKE. If you want a REAL lawyer go somewhere else because these folks are not professional and do not provide counsel on behalf of their clients. This is my first amendment right to say what I want and I wouldn't pay for them even if someone else gave me the money to use them.
