Dispute Prevention & Resolution

Zero stars. Ex-judge Gail Nakatani was extremely biased to the point of violating the law. I dont think DPR should be in operation, and Ms. Nakatani needs to be terminated for good.

My daughter was recently involved in a arbitration with Dispute Prevention & Resolution inc. and very disappointed with their Arbitrator (a retired Judge) and dissatisfied with her service. The arbitrator failed to remain impartial and did not attempt to resolve their issues, and we would not recommend DPR to anyone.
