Wendell Allen took "personal" favors to give custody to a mother that relocated kids to another state without the father consent when he was the Guardian of the kids. He is not to be trusted.

Mr. Allen was assigned as court appointed guardian ad litem for my children after their father was arrested for assaulting me. Mr. Allen never followed through on any of the promises he made at our initial meeting. He never did any research or used any investigative skills to determine which allegations were true and which were false. He was extremely biased in interactions between myself and the non-custodial parent. Any presented evidence from myself was disregarded. He is not qualified to handle any cases involving special needs children and/or domestic violence.
