As someone who had never wanted or needed a lawyer, I was terrified after my car accident on finding one to help me. I came across Grant's name and the reviews were all amazing. I'm so thankful that Grant came into my life. His work ethic is insane. He is no nonsense and really works for YOU. I never felt taken advantage of, or uncomfortable. Grant would answer any and all questions I had, even if I thought they were dumb. His office staff are all so professional, but very warm and friendly. His response time, as well as the office, is pretty much immediate and always same-day. Grant always lets you know how your case is progressing and you never feel out of the loop. You can really tell that Grant is passionate about being a lawyer. Even with so many other clients, Grant always makes you feel as if you're his only one. I would/will refer anyone I know to call Grant and his office if they ever needed help with any personal injury. I cannot thank him enough!

Calls and questions were either ignored or brushed off, and when I did get responses, they were unhelpful and dismissive. What stood out most was the lack of professionalism. Rather than offering solutions, I was met with confusion and excuses. I never once felt like my concerns were taken seriously, and the entire process left me frustrated and regretting that I ever reached out in the first place.
