I would like to sincerely thank the staff for their outstanding service. The entire process was seamless from start to finish. The intake was quick, efficient, and handled with a high level of professionalism. Throughout my case, they kept me well informed, clearly explaining the steps that had been taken and what to expect next. The team was reassuring, attentive, and delivered the highest level of service I could have asked for. I truly felt like a VIP client, which I greatly appreciated. WORST LAWYER EXPERIENCE EVER !!

i called dk law, and also a bunch of other law firms, trying to get help. with other firms, i had a lot of challenging telephone experiences. at dk law, i had the good fortune to speak to someone named izzy lua. he was empathetic, he let me finish what i had to say, and he helped me understand next steps. it looks like i actually called the wrong kind of law firm. sixteen times in a row, it turns out (boy, that legal referral phone number, when your sitiation isn't cut and dried.) but izzy helped me understand some ways that i could do a better job of looking. he helped me understand why the way i was searching wasn't working. he turned out to be the help that i needed, to get to help. i have only good things to say about this firm.

I had a deeply disappointing experience. I never received any communication from an attorney regarding my case. Over a span of 10 days, I only heard from the intake representative twice. Initially, she informed me that a specialist would assess my condition. However, on the 10th day, she contacted me again—this time to let me know that the firm would not be taking my case. Throughout this period, I was experiencing severe pain. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend their services.
