We were a little apprehensive about contacting a lawyer over our retirement investment loss, because it’s embarrassing to be “those financial dummies.” We weren’t even sure where to get help until we found an ad for our specific issue from a lawyer out of state. It was our own state’s employee retirement system who recommended the program and the person that cause us issues! Mr. Bartle was very respectful, and looked into the issue before taking us on, to give an honest idea of our chances. We checked out his record to be sure he was trustworthy, and we’re pleased with what we found. It turns out we were entitled to compensation, and he was able to recover a decent portion of our loss without even going to court. We owed the law firm nothing upfront. All fees were deducted from the settlement. He was straightforward the entire time, and made the process simple and relatively quick.
