The process was very easy to navigate and both Kyle & Kylie were very helpful and understanding of our situation. No one ever plans to be in an accident. We felt that the insurance company for the driver at fault was just working a file and that Allstate has very poor bedside manner and that didn’t sit well with us. Kyle at DM Injury Law acknowledged us and helped us with our case. I don’t ever plan on getting in another accident, if it were to happen though, I would work with Kyle again! Thank you Kyle and Kylie for your assistance!!!
