Do not recommend. Our case hasn’t had any updates and it’s almost a year. They never initiate to update until we contact and it’s always the waiting answer. I understand they are busy and have lots of cases, but at least showing respect to those who are waiting for the results. I do not understand whether they prefer higher paid cases that give them more benefits or other reasons. This is too much of a wait. It’s our bad luck to reach out.

I have used THUY T. NGUYEN's service. I have to say I have never spoken to such an unprofessional lawyer. The first time we spoke to me as I need an explanation, she literally yelled at me, while I am the one paying her for the service.
