You are rude guy Mr hooks. .there was no need in hanging up in my face . I just wanted to tell you what I've been through. I think this goes both ways I was trying to explain sumthing to you, and you where straight up rude.

Yes, I have had the following experience with your firm. I had been communicating with someone at your firm since 10/26/20. He dropped the ball after one of our discussions, so I sent him the email below on 11/4/20 after he did not return my phone call (a week after he said he'd return the call). I still have not heard back from him. Potential clients should not be left hanging even if their case doesn't seem important to you. I also asked to speak with Scott in one of my emails, but I never received a call from him. I have since moved on to another firm. I was referred to this firm by a friend hoping that someone could help me. Email sent on 11/4/20: Hey *****, Hope you are doing well. Have you had a chance to speak with Scott again about my case? Please just let me know if he is not interested in my case so I can move on. Thanks, Ashley
