I hired Piraino for a simple traffic ticket. Not only did he fail to dismiss the ticket, he couldn’t get me a better deal than my original deal prior to hiring him. I ended up paying more than double what I would have paid without having a lawyer. Secondly, my mail was delivered to the wrong address so he made up fake threats of arrest and fines and inappropriately harassed me due to not answering my mail. Wish I could give 0 stars.

I WISH ZERO STARS WAS AN OPTION. I have never been treated so rudely as I have when dealing with this office. Absolutely no professionalism or customer service. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy! How do they operate still? Who is actually hiring these incompetent people

Impossible to reach them out left voicemail, e mails, phone calls. 0 customer service.they don’t care about their clients. They just want to take the money what a joke.

Best lawyer by far in town

If I could leave, no stars, I absolutely would. I called in to speak with a lawyer and get a possible idea of any options that we may have in regards to a pending case. The lawyer, who was on the phone yelled at me for asking a question, cut me off multiple times I hope whoever hires this firm can deal with an attorney and attorneys who treat their clients this way. It is an absolute disgrace.

Scott Dempsey is an excellent lawyer and will always assist you in your legal matters. Good and honest men are hard to find these days. There is no one else I trust other than Mr. Dempsey.

I hired Mr. Dempsey to assist me in legal matters and he blew me away from day one. It has now been over 5 years and Mr. Dempsey is the only attorney I will use. Anything legal at all I ask him first and he is always there for me with kindness and expertise. Do yourself a favor hire this man for any legal matters you will not regret it.

If no other options than him , so pick him , after taking money rude and still affect on my license

Ed attempted to convince me to take a plea deal for a felony arrest. The case was dropped when I refused to plea out. He works for the state of Illinois behind the scenes. In the cases he wins, his clients do all the legal leg work.

Don't usually leave bad reviews but had Scott waste my time just for him to stop replying to emails and calls for over two weeks with no explanation. Super unprofessional and definitely be weary of this law firm.
