Would not recommend. !!! Paid them to collect money from a customer and they did nothing. In fact the situation is worse because they did No course of action. Couldn't even get a conservation with the attorney

We couldn't find an attorney to work with us on this fairly large collection job due to the fact it was 2 counties away. Dogan and Dogan (Matt) agreed to help us with this and I'm glad he did. They were very easy to work with and kept us informed throughout the process. We ended up with a very positive outcome. I would definitely use them again for any legal needs.

Great team to work with. Kept me up to date and made great recommendations when and where necessary.

Horrible service and communication skills. I suggest they obviously need to retrain TRACY on proper etiquette and communication. Won't recommend them! Hired Mat after my insurance company would not pay out on a claim it took a long time but Mat finally got the insurance company to pay most of what I am out

He made sure my accommodations were met and always made me felt heard. Matt worked around our scheduling issues, put things on hold, and came in on off days to get things done. He stayed honest and upfront throughout the whole process. I can confidently say him and his amazing team will do everything they can to help.

Very poor communication. Not sure who was working at the front desk, but they changed so frequently over the months I retained him. I never was able to get a meeting with him. I never met him in person until the day of mediation. I've been asking for the rest of my retainer to be returned to me (over $2500)..been calling for over a month. Attorney Dogan is never in the office. I never get a call back, an email, a letter. Nothing. Save yourself the trouble and find someone more professional and available to his clients. I do not recommend him and I will never use his services again. What a joke.
