I have used Terry Doherty in my real estate practice and personally for about 10 years. During this time, I have referred Terry more than 50 times to others. While it's difficult to know how the 50 referrals worked out, I have never received a complaint. Also, I have nothing but praise for the way Terry handles the work I have given him. He is patient, explains the ins and outs and the potential costs for going to trial. I would recommend him for any Colorado real estate needs from the simple boilerplate legal documents to sticky wicket issues. Terry is not only reasonably priced, but has a responsive staff who always seem to be familiar with what my issue is at any given time.

First of all if I could give Terry more than 5 stars I would. I feel like Terry has become more of a friend than my attorney. Over the last year and a half Terry has fought on my behalf on a difficult case and I was very pleased with the outcome. Terry’s paralegal Rachael was also exceptional in assisting me if Terry was busy in court. She is also very pleasant to deal with. I don’t feel like I was overcharged or gouged for every minute they could charge me for. Moving forward Terry will handle all my personal and business legal affairs.
