I was in need of some serious legal assistance recently. It really was not looking good for me. Pat Weiland is the best. He personally advocated for me to the state and I got my best possible outcome. I honestly can say Pat is a friend now. He turned a terrible situation around completely.

Pat helped my brother, and now he's helped me with my case at a reasonable price. I highly recommend him.

Worst mistake of my life going with this lawyer. Couldn't figure out how to explain TN laws to the attorney so he told US to Google TN laws and try to figure something out to defend ourselves. Eventually the best he could do was to get tasc, then neglected to file or TELL US we had to file to get that vacated when it was finished even though he was our lawyer! We came to him to try and get a good idea of the law and get out of trouble, but had a permanent effect! Complete and utter waste of money a public defender could've done better. My boyfriend is now permanently a felon on something that other lawyers could've gotten him a slap on the wrist for and it's completely messed up our life. Get a different lawyer don't be like me, this is an actual real review from someone suffering because of this law firm's negligence. Edit: According to their reply they don't even remember my case! I'm 100 percent sure this is the correct lawyer, they represented us in Illinois and botched it.

I encountered this firm during my divorce, at a time when my ex-spouse and I had already reached an amicable agreement. After she retained this firm, the process became more adversarial and progress stalled. One concrete result was that I was unable to sell our home because required documents were not signed during that period. My ex-spouse later chose to terminate her relationship with the firm, explaining that she was uncomfortable with the direction the case was taking. This experience added unnecessary stress and conflict to what had previously been a cooperative situation. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this firm.

I couldn’t be more grateful to Pat for helping me through my DUI case. From the very beginning, he was honest, responsive, and genuinely cared about the outcome. He walked me through every step, answered all my questions, and got my case dismissed! If you need someone who’s reliable and knows what they’re doing, I highly recommend him.
