I just met with cadence Whiteley for arbitration with a debt collector, though I stated midland management never sent me a debt validation letter in the 2 1/2 years prior to court filings and continued to call me, they were in violation of the fair debt credit act which states after initial contact midland credit management must send a debt validation letter after first oral contact. Cadence dropped the ball here!, I will be filling a dispute along with violations and damages..

I first encountered the firm when they were opposing counsel in a project I was involved with many years. They beat the pants off of us. I was so impressed I fired the other firm and switched my business to Dole Coalwell. I dealt with Jeff for almost 25 years. He is a really good guy and the advice he has given me has been golden.

The entire office has been so helpful over the past couple years dealing with my father's estate. It took a lot of stress off me in an already difficult and painful situation.
