The law office was not responsive or timely, and attempted to take advantage of the fact I was involved in an accident without fault. They set me up with a chiropractor (which wasn’t needed because I wasn’t injured) to rack up costs in Ubers and appointments to solicit a larger claim. As soon as I signed my contract they stopped giving me updates. I called multiples times, left voicemails, sent text messages and emails with no follow up. Overall, I chose to terminate the contract for lack of communication and action, as I ended up doing their job for them. Please pick ANYONE else for your representation.
