Mr. Dombrow was contacted regarding a debt collection issue. While unable to assist in court due to scheduling, he was a wealth of information, non-judgmental and so easy to speak with. You’d be lucky to have his firms services.

My husband and I bought a car from a dealership in Watertown in March of 2023 as we were expecting our second baby in June. 2 weeks after we bought the car the engine light came on, they “fixed” the issue multiple times. It took us 3 months of bringing the car in and waiting hours before they even offered a loaner vehicle. By the 5th month we decided to look for legal help. As the dealership wasn’t listening to us and continued to give us a hard time. We contacted legal aid in our county who told us our best bet was to file a lawsuit. I contacted a law firm( I can’t remember the name) who said it was not something they did, however they knew of someone and gave me the number to Dombrow Law firm. I contacted Dombrow law firm because my family worked hard to get a newer vehicle for our expanding family. I spent life being walked on by others and letting it go, and I felt the dealership thought they could do the same and get away with selling a car with a major issue. I never had to hire Dombrow law firm as he was able to give me advice on what to say to the dealership in hopes that they would give us a different vehicle or take the car and loan back. After 7 months of this issue with our car and finally flat out telling the dealership what we wanted they allowed us to get a different car. This impacted my life more than I think the attorney knows. He helped me realize I can’t keep letting people or places walk over me. This situation helped me gain confidence to stand up when I feel it’s needed. To voice my opinion. Something that’s valuable to have and I hope to teach my little girls. I know in the future if I have any car issues Dombrow Law firm will be my first call! He most definitely did not have to help me to the extent he did without us hiring him. Coming from a low income home my husband and I are forever grateful for this. Even though we would of found the funds if needed so that the dealership would not get away with it. Contacted Dombrow Law Firm about internet scamming situation. Within a week I had a phone interview with Russell Dombrow himself. I was able to tell my story without being rushed and am now awaiting referrals from Russell for a lawyer in California who can represent me. I have been searching for help since April and have spoken to at least 10 other law firms and legal aid associations. I even had an attorney from California laugh at me and wish me "good luck!" Russell Dombrow is that rare individual: an attorney who cares.

Unprofessional! Sends threatening emails. Speaks down to you. Files were sent, claims the information is not there, but it is. Angry, nasty man. Nice staffers, he has less to be desired. Acts like he has a splinter he can't remove during each interaction.

I would definitely recommend this firm, and I would absolutely use them in the future. It turns out that my Consumer law problem was resolved to my satisfaction without having to go through legal channels, but knowing that I would have Dombrow in my corner was a great comfort. The intake/ review process was thorough, professional and couteous. The legal assistant I spoke with generous with his time, listened to my concerns carefully, and responded promptly. It was a very positive experience.

Mr Russel and Adrian were pretty good with follow-ups,m. I had a consultation with Mr. Russel about a case that I needed clarifications with and maybe opening a case, he was very knowledgeable and patient, and very very helpful, explaining and clarifying my questions. Very unprofessional. I called to inquire about representation. Spoke to Russell and gave him the proposal for my legal situation. He told me that he would represent me. The case was against Crouse hospital. I emailed him all my information to get the ball rolling. He never got back to me until 2 years later asking me do I still need representation. By this time the hospital had garnished my wages and I never got the representation which initially was to stop them from illegally suing me. I wouldn’t refer anyone to this firm as it left a pretty bad image by the way my case was mishandled

If you are shopping for an attorney and in a desperate situation, financially. Move along....You need to find a lawyer that will help you, not steal your money with no real services rendered. Id love a job where i could charge the client without actually filing with the court! Thats free money. Oh yeah, there are thieves on both sides!

Russell is very efficient and thorough. He takes the time to explain any information that is confusing. Russell is highly detail oriented. He researches topics if he needs to get a clearer understanding to a particular topic. I am extremely comfortable using Russell as my family's lawyer. He is professional and respectful to clients judges and others he comes in contact with. My only negative comment, is: it is sometimes difficult to get a return message from Russell. My preferred method of contact is email and there have been times when I have waited quite a few days (and even more than a week) for a return email. For the most part, this issue has not created any major problem and Russell does always reply. I highly recommend Dombrow Law Firm for legal services.
