If you don't want to waste your money, time, and opportunity to see your loved ones, don't contact this trash company. I don't know who writes these "positive" reviews for them, but our experience with Daria was a complete nightmare. My friend applied for SIJ status through this company, and Daria said that my friend's parents would be able to come to the US. Now it turns out that my friend's parents have zero chance of getting into the US. No lawyer will take on their case and says that there is a 100% chance that they will not be able to see their child. My friend asked Daria more than three times whether this would affect his parents' ability to enter the US, and she said it would NOT. Now my friend will not be able to see his family for at least the next FIVE YEARS. Thank you, DARIA. If your company tries to delete my review, I will leave 20 more reviews and tell everyone about Daria and your "professional" company in all immigrant communities. Thank you Daria again)

Hi David,

We have no record of you as a client, and you appear to be a third party who was not present at any consultations or legal discussions with our office. It is unclear how you can make statements about what was explained during private and confidential legal meetings.

Your review reflects a misunderstanding of SIJS law. Special Immigrant Juvenile Status is granted only after a state court determines that reunification with one or both parents is not viable due to abuse, neglect, abandonment, or a similar legal basis under state law. It does not create a prohibition on communication with parents. The primary statutory limitation is that a beneficiary generally cannot later petition for a parent for immigration purposes.

Any decision regarding admission to the United States is made by federal immigration authorities based on the specific facts of an individual case and applicable law. Such determinations are made by the government, not by our office.

We remain committed to providing accurate legal guidance in accordance with federal and state law. We take inaccurate public statements seriously and address them through the appropriate channels.

Good evening. First, I want to say that I have been a child of God since I opened my eyes to the earthly world. I had a school education where I suffered a lot. I needed extra help in almost every subject. And once, I think when I was about eight years old, I asked an electronics technician, a graduate of the Luis Bográn Technical Institute in Tegucigalpa, the capital of Honduras, to help me solve a math problem. It was so difficult for me; I couldn't understand it. As the years went by, my understanding of the problem grew more and more difficult. I improved in school, I think, to very good, I noticed it... And at the La Paz Normal School I had grades of 80, a very good result. But as a believer in God, well, my dad, Francisco Lizardo Rivera, was mayor of Cane many years ago, he asked me if I wanted to travel by car or bicycle. I hardly thought about it, I told him by bicycle. I think one year I traveled at midday, around 11 o'clock or a few minutes past, leaving for La Paz on a bicycle. Well, then they completely changed the schedule. I don't remember when classes started, but I left in the morning. I went to the Guillermo Suazo Cordova Normal School. Of course, it was co-ed. I think I traveled there for two years, and the other years by bus, I think. Mr. Illumino studied a lot until 3 in the morning. I remember my dad telling me to go to bed because it was very late, because he was going to milk the cows, if I remember correctly. Now I reflect that by making an effort, the Lord helps, our redeemer who is Jesus Christ. There are two more examples. The late Mr. Lorenzo Cervantes traveled to Tegucigalpa to study to become a doctor. On horseback from La Paz... And I admire Brother Machuca, who knew eight languages. The one who told me that story makes me very scared and sad because I think he was killed with stones inside the Sunday classes of a church. I helped him a little; I sat with him in the front. I believe this to be true, and much more. A laboratory where, according to historical works, families create an open password account on the Nia page. I created a member; he showed it to me. It's very late. Then I continued.

I would like to express my sincere gratitude to Domingos Law for the work done. It is very nice to realize that there are such responsible and executive people. Despite the unstable time for emigrants, Domingos Law works with different countries of the world, conducts trials, creates various events to help people with various emigration issues, and my gratitude to Gloria Domingos and Daria Koucherets for the (SIJ)Special Immigrant Juvenile Status that I managed to obtain through their work. Therefore, a big thank you to the entire Domingos Law team!!!
