Don't waste your money or time with this guy. Complete lack of professionalism and client communication. Does not belong in family court and is the bottom of the barrel lawyer/attorney wise.

I would not advise anyone to go to him for help in Family Law. My family is one the victims of “medical kidnapping” done by the LVHN medical abuse team. For context I will attach a picture of an article talking about this. This lawyer in a whole month stayed silent in court proceedings. I had extensive evidence in my favor that wasn’t used. We (my husband and I) believe he had no trust in us and that he took the case because it would be easy money for him. Dominic Mastri told me the day he dropped us as clients that there was no way I could have another court date during the same month and that I was not going to have custody of my children until maybe later and that I only had the possibility of being with my kids through kinship. Two days after he dropped us due to “conflict of interest” I recovered my kids on my own with the evidence that he kept dismissing. During the same month my husband and I went to court to confirm we had full custody of our children. I later got another lawyer to represent our family and the case was completely closed. I believe it’s important that most people know he lacks communication skills and confuses his clientele. As you can read in different reviews I am not the only one who believes this. I still can’t believe I lost a month of my children’s lives without anything being done. I repeat, in two days I did everything he told me not (“you’re going against my recommendation”) to do and recovered my children. It’s not easy to self represent in family law and we did so. I say this to speak on his lack of work and commitment to MY FAMILIES CASE. I truly believe it would’ve been best if he had said he did not know how to win a case of this matter. A waste of time, money and truth.

Dominic mastry is a beast! Top of the line attorney office you will not be disappointed! He took on my case for a super reasonable price. Simple assault and theft by unlawful taking (both hefty misdemeanors). We went in for my preliminary hearing first court docket/appearance, and I walked out with the case dismissed. "At the preliminary hearing"! That usually does NOT happen. At all! BEST ATTORNEY I HAVE EVER USED IN MY LIFE AND I WILL NEVER USE ANOTHER ONE BESIDES THIS LAW FIRM. Period point blank!

Dominic is a truly amazing lawyer. He helped my husband to gain custody of his child in February, and to be able to see him after 4 months of isolation. He is professional, caring, and really knows his stuff! My family is forever thankful for him! I wouldn’t go to anyone else. Highly recommend!

He may cause a little more than others but I just trust the man. He took my case even though I didn't have all the money. Don't know the outcome yet but he gives you good advice and all you have to do is listen to what he tells you and do it. I haven't even had my preliminary trial yet but by listening to him and doing what he told me I already got help and have started to get the help I need with my gambling problem. I have an instinct that this man really cares for his clients.
