I've read all the other negative comments about Mr Fletcher and I have to say maybe it was just them because I had the best experience with him when I needed questions answered he answered them with out hesitation and when I couldn't get him on the phone he would call me back. The only thing I didn't like was on some very rare occasions it is hard to get a hold of him but he is a good lawyer. He kept me out of prison with 7 years probation. Id definitely go back and hire him again. I believe he got me the best outcome given my situation. Thank you don

I strongly advise anyone considering Don R. Fletcher, Attorney at Law, to look elsewhere. My experience with him has been nothing short of frustrating and unprofessional, even for something as simple as a speeding ticket. Mr. Fletcher is nearly impossible to get ahold of. He doesn’t answer phone calls, rarely responds to emails (if at all), and provides zero follow-up after court appearances. I had to chase his office for updates, and when I finally got him on the phone, he cursed me out for expressing frustration, completely inappropriate behavior from someone in his position. To make matters worse, he attempted to cover his lack of communication by misrepresenting facts in official court filings, claiming I ignored requests I never received. He knew his emails were going to my junk folder and still failed to follow up by phone or text, despite knowing the urgency of the situation. He even closed one of his rude emails with a vaguely threatening statement: “Also, if you would like to discuss the matter further, please feel free to come by and we can meet in person. Any time.” I found this tone unprofessional and inappropriate, especially considering the context of his entire message. If you value your time, peace of mind, and a basic level of professionalism, do yourself a favor and find a different attorney. This office will give you the runaround and leave you feeling ignored, misled, and disrespected.

He helped my husband with some Felony charges he got one of the charges dismissed and got him probation for the other 2 he fought so hard for my husband and definitely got him the best outcome !!! definitely would recommend him to anyone !!! We hired him, my wife needs him, so far she loves him. He did spend a lot of time on the consultation with her, seems to know his stuff, shows compassion. I feel he's very good. We'll see how case ends up.

I paid him. It took 2 years for him to get the evidence that I went over and I decided to go to trial. The offer that I got from the D.A. was 9 years felony probation, for not committing a crime. He stepped down as my lawyer as I did not have the money to pay for a trial. He then became my court appointed lawyer. We went to court and the case was dropped due to lack of evidence. I think he would have done a good job if he was not so overwhelmed with cases.

Mr Fletcher is best gave me great advice, I had been struggling for a few yrs with other attorneys even calmed my hysterical mind. Will be taking all of his wonderful advice Thank you for been so helpful and taking your time and asking nothing in return. This means alot for me a low income civilian.

Mr Fletcher literally saved my two daughters and I from homelessness. He was able to convince the judge to allow me to get an out of state transfer from Texas to California where I can get help from my family to get back on my feet. I was charged with felony aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and my probation officer and judge initially did not allow the transfer. Mr Fletcher was able to get it done. And to top things off Mr fletcher and LeAnn have been so kind to my daughters, they gave my kids Christmas presents In our time of need. Mr. Fletcher treated me with respect and was always available when I needed him. If he was tied up in court house he would make it a point to get back with you and kept his word. He gave fair rates and expectations. I would highly recommend his services if you want a fair outcome. I was extremely satisfied and my life was put back to normal. His team is family run and he treats you as family. Don is A number 1 in my book.

I called Mr. Fletcher about a consultation and some information regarding a criminal traffic violation unfortunately due to it being in the Houston area I did not use his services. He did offer a lot of helpful information and was extremely helpful and nice.
