Donald Butler & Associates

Just really on the prosecutor side didn’t help my situation, and didn’t return even my calls , smh I thought he would’ve cared but not really just rushed to not have to go back to court it seems

WARNING: Donald Butler is a unprofessional, rude, chauvinist defense attorney who is for the prosecutor side. When I first came to his office about my situation, he rushed me along and said he was trying to get out of the office by 4pm. I paid him upfront which was stupid because he literally did NOTHING. He carries nothing but his cane to court, no paper work or folder with research, and did not speak to me about the case until I got to the court only. He got upset everytime I'd try to reach out to him via-phone. Butler boldly said to me" I have to many other clients to talk to you about this case". I told him I wanted to plead Not Guilty. He was not trying to go to trial, so he told me to plead No Contest. Butler chose to proceed with the case and sentening although, it was a supposed to be just the pre-trial. I was convicted of assault without proof that I did anything, let alone there for that sake. He did not check any allegations, he did not believe anything I told him. He told me to get over it. Donald Butler is a terrible defense attorney. Now I have to hire another defense attorney, try to get a motion from the court and I will still have to pay thousands to clear my name.I should have never trusted Butler, just off his first impression when I walked into his office on day one. WARNING: PLEASE SEEK OTHER AVENUES BEFORE REACHING A DICISION YOU WILL REGRET.
