We again turned to Don and his team for our estate planning and once again I was pleasantly surprised at the whole firms professionalism as we proceeded through this process. Since, I dealt with Don and his team during my time working for a medical office I had a lot of interactions with this office and whether personal dealings or professional dealing you are always treated with respect and professionalism. I was recently represented by Attorney William Gebis for my divorce.  I found him to be knowledgeable, candid, and focused on the finish line.  Divorce is naturally a contentious process often sidetracked in unnecessary squabbles that are emotionally damaging and expensive in legal fees.  Attorney Gebis tunes out the noise, keeps aim on the target, strategically assesses and presents the options along with his recommendation, and gets you to that finish. There is always risk in any legal proceeding.  Neither side is likely to be completely happy.  I have often heard it said that the best compromises leave both sides believing they gave a little too much.  Attorney Gebis educates you on the risk, manages it, keeps your expectations grounded, and obtains a result you can live with.   There are attorneys who will overpromise and underdeliver.  Attorney Gebis is neither “the glass is half full” nor “the glass is half empty” person.  He’s “it’s a 16 ounce glass with 8 ounces in it”, and that kept me as comfortable as possible in a very difficult and unpleasant process.
