My visit with Dr. DONALD Meyer was great. On time and listened to my concerns.

Contacted the office to ask if they’d be able to help me with a full legal name change. The lady that answered said that she’d ask Mr. Meyer if he did that and put me on a short hold. Mr. Meyer answered and seemed like he was very annoyed. I asked him if he’d be able to help me and he said that he didn’t have the time and told me to do it myself. I told him that I already looked over the forms and was a little confused about some stuff and just needed help with the process (plus the probate court recommends that you get a lawyer to make sure everything is done right). He was very rude and just said to look online. I asked him if he had anyone he could refer me to that could help and he said no and to just look online for someone in Butler county or just do it myself. I already did some online searching prior and that’s actually how I came across this law office. In short, this guy was very rude and seemed like he didn’t even want to be at work. From this encounter, I wouldn’t recommend him for any legal representation. Maybe he had an off day, but I got off the phone feeling like he thought I was an idiot that was wasting his time. Maybe to them this might seem like an easy thing to do, but I know nothing about this legal stuff and was just looking for some help. When I got on the call with him I accidentally misheard his name due to stuff happening around me, and I don’t know if maybe that made him angry even though I apologized right away, but the entire call he was very standoffish and annoyed. Their website states that it is one of the easiest things that they help people with, but when speaking on the phone it sounds like they don’t help people with it very often and it seemed like it was beneath them. Very disappointing. I was excited to get this process started.
