He knows the IRS laws better than IRS agents and has knocked down demands of $3,000,000 to $1500. Don has been our business attorney for over 15 years, has handled our family's estate planning for almost as long, and has been involved in about a dozen real-estate transactions for us. Over the years he has created employee contracts and updated them as laws change and new compliance issues arise. Don has represented us in both large and small business transactions, from the purchase of a business and its assets to smaller services such as creating LLCs and DBAs as our scope of business grew. Will not recommend Mr Sadowski to any small business owner. He has less patience to listen to someone , keeps interrupting often and very unprofessional and not diversity friendly individual. Was very uncomfortable talking to him who repeatedly saying he doesn’t understand me but he was quick to charge consultation fee after intimidating me. Will call his office get my $50 back as I waited for 6 months. He charged me for consultation $350 and I paid $400 by cash.

Don was invaluable as he helped me with my brother's estate. Guided me through the entire process, answered all my questions, always kept me in the loop of filings, and was sympathetic in the loss of my brother. What a wonderful attorney, with a great sense of compassion and humor.

Don is an excellent lawyer. I found him on the internet to do a will/trust for me he did an excellent job. He answered all my questions and listened to what I had to say. I engaged Mr. Sadowski to handle my late great aunt's estate; she had been widowed for 17 years, no children, and had outlived all her nieces and nephews. I looked after her, had power of attorney, joint bank accounts, and even met her attorney who drafted her Will and medical documents. I never looked at those documents until her passing. The executor in her Will was a large financial institution where she had no affiliation who had no interest in handling due to the estate size comprised primarily by her home. It was my desire to fulfill her wishes which were very specific in her Will: all her assets were allocated to 13 specific charities. Sadowski quickly handled securing the declination of the financial institution, as well as soliciting the 13 charities to accept my no fee appointment as administrator of her estate. Within 1-1/2 years of her passing, I sold her home (which he handled) and through the law firm, her assets were distributed to those 13 charities just as she directed. This was all done efficiently, ethically, and with compassion that my goal was to honor her bequests. I have no hesitation in recommending Mr. Sadowski as a law professional, particularly when you are dealing with your most important assets, most notably, family.
