Don’t waste your time

Poor customer service, lack of communication, did not help me at all. I’d avoid this place like the plague.

Accepted my case knowing the location of the matter and then dropped it stating they don’t serve the location of the matter causing me to have to wait another week to be matched with another law firm. I do not recommend as they will just drag you along for no reason.

Waited 2 weeks for a consultation, the lawyer never showed, then received email they dropped my case. Wasted 2 weeks on a time sensitive matter. Highly unprofessional. Do not recommend unless you like your time being wasted.

Keith is handling my mother's estate and has prolonged it over 8 years making the grieving process that much harder. The probate case is STILL open, and all though I am an heir and named beneficiary in the will, he REFUSES to release my funds to me. I am owed close to $25,000 and Keith has taken more than $10,000 for his "services" or lack there of. He has been condescending and out right rude to me through out the process. I have a disability and he has only taken advantage of that. Stay away from this law firm at all costs!! Update: Since I left a review I received a letter that Keith is going to try and with hold my inheritance because I left a negative review. This is borderline unethical behavior. I have written a letter to the judge to inform him and included the threatening letter I received from Keith. STAY AWAY!

Hired Donati Brashear law firm for a modification to my court order in Harris county. Highly satisfied with the outcome, I was kept informed. Leidy P was my paralegal who took over my case and assisted in getting everything finalized. Staff was cordial and professional.

Communication is terrible they don’t respond to emails or call back. They set up 30 mins calls just to bill you ..my divorce was finalized yet the QDRO paperwork was not filed at the time error on their part now waiting months to have this done and paperwork filed is taking a long time. They don’t respond or call back only leaving messages with the receptionist at the beginning of the case everything was great but their customer service definitely declining.

Ridiculous law firm. Hired attorney John patton and he is a lame attorney, Just took the fees and accepted the divorce on opponents conditions. Told me something and something else was in agreement. Nothing came in my favor though the odds were on my side. I tried to contact Donati Brashier and he never gets back even though I made appointments but he never followed through. Whatever the opponent attorney claimed, they got it. John explained me what I wanted to hear and that’s all. When the final divorce was done after 3 months my child support went up and he never responded on time and sometimes never even responded. I have emails and messages to show that he never responded. Long story short I don’t even know where my kid lives and what insurance he has, if any, though I asked him so many times but again no answer from him. Just wanna let the public know that this firm is full of deception and they only care for your money not your case. It is a waste of time and most of all if you go here NO chances that you will win, you will Lose the custody battle. I WILL STRONGLY NOT RECOMMEND THIS FIRM. I m seeking help from bar association of Texas to put these guys straight and for them not to scam other citizens.
