I paid for an appointment to speak with attorney Donato about my family petition. He said he didn't have that information because he was driving and that he would return my call when he was in the office. It's been 5 months and I've been calling constantly to find out about my petition, and now they want me to pay for another appointment. That's not fair.

ZERO STARS IF I COULD. I have a relative going through the process with them, and it's been a year since their I-130 was approved, but they've stopped the process. IT HASN'T PROGRESSED AT ALL! Not even a work permit or anything. THEY ARE EXTREMELY NEGLIGENT!!! We called, and not even the paralegal knows that the I-130 is already approved. DON'T PLAY WITH PEOPLE; THESE ARE SERIOUS MATTERS. You are playing with someone's legal process! You have no idea the frustration a person feels when they're left in limbo. They also made a mistake on my mother's documents, and the process was delayed longer than usual years ago. If my other relative had told me they were going to be working with Donato and Báez, I honestly would have told them no and to find a more competent firm! Get your act together and stop playing with people!
