I needed to do a follow-up on a previous review. This is an outstanding group of people who care and get things done. Being unsure of today's enrollments can be very challenging and very overwhelming. Well it's been a year now, and have been inundated with phone calls solicitation of insurance very confusing for someone like myself. But I don't know what they know, I was very happy the way my insurance was set up through Zach and I wanted it to remain the same. So I called Zack. He definitely remembered me and he look into the data and confirmed that there will be no change in my healthcare provider. And just with one phone call he took a lot off of my mind. Instead of trying to file myself, I was given the business card to Donoff and Lutz. I made an appointment, made my case from what was being advised by my doctor's, and after speaking with the office, I decided to have them represent me in my case. The staff, Rebecca, Zac, Julietta, Maddie and everyone at the office went above and beyond to answer all my questions, return my calls when they were unavailable, in a timely manner and responded to emails when the office was closed for questions that came up. Went above my expectations, handled everything with importance, even if it seemed trivial. My case was very complicated from the start. We did win my case. You can't ask for better attorney's, very patient, sympathetic toward your concerns. These folks are amazing. I got to work with Zak, Rebecca, Maddie, and Julietta the most, and I cannot sing their praises more. They were very informative, they were patient and kind, and very professional. Truly advocates you want in your corner. I was scared and intimidated with the process of trying to get on disability, and they helped make each step as easy as possible, and were able to not only fully explain the process, and give me realistic and reasonable expectations of what the next step is, they made sure that everything got filed that needed to be filed, and helped me really find my way in this whole process so I wasn't uninformed, and that made the fear fall away each step of the way. Everytime I was overwhelmed, and crying, they were there to reassure me, and remind me of the normalcy of things, that it wasn't unusual to face so many denials, and that truly meant the world to me. They helped fight how lonely it felt, and helped me with a lot of the dark thoughts you face when disabled and trying to survive. They're not therapists, but they were so considerate of what I was going through and were able to use facts and logic to help bring me back to earth. I just want to thank all of them from the bottom of my heart. I still have some final steps to go through, but I know they'll make sure I'm aware of what needs to be done, and help me get through everything so I can start living my life again. You definitely can trust these people, and know they'll have your best interests at heart. I will miss my time getting to talk to them because by the end of this it truly has felt like they have been family.

Professional, honest, easy to work with. They didn't over promise, but they did over deliver, more than I could have imagined going into this, they helped me rest my nerves. I had an internal issue that was unknown until it almost cut my spinal cord, huge surgery, huge bills, and I had to retire from my job suddenly, this was so hard on my family. But the whole team there worked with me, helped me understand not only what was going to happen, but they also prepared me so I could get through it.
