Victoria Porter at Dore Rothberg Law has been working with our insurance company to try to get them to cover a car accident and has done a great job! She reviewed their convoluted policy language to find support for our case and the insurance company has decided to cover our accident as part of our liability coverage. They offer flat fee services then bill you hours on top of that. A 250 dollar letter ends up costing over 3 times that. Then they report it to the credit bureaus.

I live out of state, and I needed time-sensitive legal assistance, so they did the initial research and got back to me in less than 24 hours. Michael advised me on a course of action that I did not necessarily need their services immediately, which was unexpected and refreshing. I felt that they had my best interests in mind. What a disappointment! I called this office to do several simple RE asset transfers from one LLC to another. The lady that answered gave me a spiel about how someone will call me back and she wanted my information and started to confuse the facts right away, talking jibberish about transferring "one LLC to another LLC". Right then I saw her level of understanding of what client wants... or lack thereof. I asked to speak to an attorney directly not to waste time on her mingling the facts and she was adamant that she still wanted to waste my time by taking my information. No Ma'am. You don't get my information without grasping the basic concepts of urgency and accuracy of the clients' needs. You are the weakest link, quite inefficient and I will not be paying your salary.

I engaged DRL on two occasions - both concerning potential modifications (back fence relocation; building a storage shed) to my residential property. We have a strange property that has an above-ground drainage inlet in the backyard, and a CoH drainage easement that added complexity/nuance to our potential modifications. Both times they were able to help me research the facts, and quickly come to a conclusions on what our potential options were, and the risk associated with each.
