Very rubbish office efficiency! Every time you call, no one answers you're always dragging your feet!

Called and left my contact info and case details i also asked if they was taking new cases apparently they are and the lady said ill have someone call you back today. No return calls i call back we gave it to hunter he will be calling you today that didnt happen so after a 3rd call i emailed and the reply was im busy cant take your case good luck. Wow really 5 days for that! When i asked up front i should have been given that info then. Sounds like lack of communication inside the office. It shouldn't take 5 days to get a reply!
