One of this firm's lawyers, Thomas Tinkham, made this huge scene at the Government Center recently. He tried to trap me in a small meeting room by blocking the doorway while calling for security hoping they'd come and have me hauled off in handcuffs. All because I said he was full of the devil for trying to intimidate, deceive and gaslight me. I left feeling very upset and my boundaries violated by his over-the-top behavior. What a mean spirited old man. He belongs in a nursing home not practicing law.

A Green Card is indeed a dream that can come true. My experience working with Dr. Robert Webber and his team at Dorsey & Whitney LLP was amazing. He started working on my case in January 2020. He evaluated if my case had any chance for free and when he concluded that I had good chances, he rapidly moved forward. Mr. Webber and his team (even prior to becoming part of Dorsey) helped with my employment-based immigration starting with the I-140 petition all the way with the I485. Communication is KEY in this entire process and Mr. Webber's memos were SPOT-ON as the instructions were easy to follow and had no ambiguity what so ever. His entire team would respond within an hour on ALL occasions -- including when receiving our forms via FedEx. Suppose I asked a question regarding my forms, Mr. Webber would respond immediately and say "Note, will respond back by Date so-and-so.", and sure they did by the given timeline. My immigration timeline also involved changes in governments and forms, and Mr. Webber and his team knew exactly how to respond to avoid mistakes/RFEs. Mr. Webber effuses optimism and re-assures you that he is always on your side and is rooting for a good outcome. In addition to Mr. Webber, I am thankful for the broader Dorsey team comprising Jacob, Tom, Candelario, and Josie for all their professionalism and absolute thoroughness in their work.

Mr. Webber supported my journey from H1B to permanent residency through various H1B extensions, EAD renewals, and multiple RFEs through 11+ years. He was always prompt in answering all our questions. I highly recommend his services to anyone needing an immigration lawyer.
