I use this lawyer a couple years ago. My knee was dislocated in a hit n run accident, that was not my fault, and I was 2 weeks pregnant at the time of the accident and didn’t know yet. Mr. Rothschild told me that maybe if I didn’t have my daughter that he would have been able to get a bigger settlement check. Keep in mind this settlement didn’t even cover the cars damage nor was it enough to pay my medical bills. And what’s even more sad is he told my brother who was my passenger in the vehicle at time of accident to sue me for damages while he was representing us both. Keep in mind I was more injured in this accident than my brother was. Worse experience I have ever had with any lawyer.
