Took 2 years for a rear end incident, and in 2 years only saw Douglas 3 times. Couldn’t prove fault even though the other driver had no drivers license and slammed into my stopped vehicle. Couldn’t even get one months pay.

What a great experience working with Doug and his team, they really went the extra mile for me and ended up getting the max from the other drivers policy, and then some extra from mine for under insured motorists. The whole process working with them was very easy. He even referred me to a really good chiropractor who was awesome and key in helping me with my injuries! If I could give more than 5 stars I would and will definitely be recommending them to anyone who is in need of service, and if I ever have future legal needs I know where I'll be going.. Although Doug was not able to help me in my case, he gave me sound advice & took his time to listen and understand the situation. We had a pressing time limitation with very limited options. He was extremely professional, did not charge me for a consult and even followed up with me unlike another attorney who promised me the world and dropped the ball costing me thousands. Doug explained the situation and gave me some other options I may have. Ultimately, he will be my first call if any future misfortunes arise.

Mr. Angell and I have had numerous cases within the industry of personal injury together, which he has also shown strong knowledge and dedication for his clients.

Do not let this guy tell you what is in his contract and pressure you into signing something that you have not read in detail. This guy had no intention of advocating for me in my case and I am confident that he does the same for many other clients. It is called being a paper pusher. Collect enough contracts to settle and he can pay his bills for another month. Never mind the trail of injured people who he took advantage of. In my case I am still hurt more than 2 years later in an accident that the other driver took full responsibility for but Mr Angell aimed low and settled lower leaving me stuck without other options and having to accept a finical loss to myself as a settlement. How did this happen? Mr. Angell told me he wanted the personal injury case and would not charge for the diminished value, this should have been my first clue as it was not in his contract. Also he said that he takes 1/3 on settlements and 40% on trials. I was not surprised that he takes his percentage out of the larger number before subtracting the expenses to me but I was surprised that on a settlement he took 40% and that he added an admin fee that was also taken from me after his 40% on a settlement. Mr Angell also ignored the extent of my injury, likely because it was inconvenient for his quick settlement mindset. Insurance companies are frustrating to deal with. They will make you bend over backwards and make you feel like hiring this scam artist is a good idea. The problem is that this guy will make you bend over forwards and you won’t like what he does to you after that.

Douglas is amazing and has always answered my questions. For a single mom who needed some serious help from a car accident, he was there with legal answers.
