I would like to thank Clayton Dowd and Dowd for the wonderful job they did for me I really appreciate everything they did I would recommend them to everyone thanks
Bill was handling a case for my brother that involved the police department and I had a question about it. The email that I received back from Bill I will have to admit is one of the most unprofessional condescending and derogatory emails I've ever had sent to me. Thanks for not helping answer a simple question of how I can get my brother's identification back to him. Not a hard question but for Bill it must have been.
Clayton and Rachel handled my case with care. They fought for me. Great experience!
They are handling the estate for a client of mine that passed. They know they owe me money and still had the gall to call and ask me to go and do work at the house before it sells. I called them back and left them a message saying that I needed to be paid before I would work and I have not heard back from them since.
best law firm in saint Louis.
I can’t say enough about how great this firm is. Clayton took the time to answer any question I had with a quick response. Was able to work around my work schedule when I had to sign papers by staying late and meeting me on a Saturday also. Very professional!
Thank you for your work in Torres cases and appeals.
They are the best. They care about their clients, as they take the time to thourally answer all your question. I had a hard case to prove, but they believed in me and took the challenge working dillengently using all the ammo and resources they had. They're a one of a kind family business who actually cares about their clients. Professionally A+ rating above the rest!
From the time I started searching for lawyers, till the time I found Clayton Dowd. I was not sure if I would find the right person for me. Let’s be honest. It can be a gamble. Well, I picked a great individual! While Clayton is new to the business, he grew up in it. It’s important to mention my issue was music / copyright related. Which is a very convoluted topic and can be very tricky to navigate. This type of lawsuit was new to Clayton, that being said, he was fantastic! He was great at keeping lines of communication open. He was quick to respond to my calls, texts, and emails. Great explaining legal language. And quickly gaining knowledge on the matter. Clayton is very genuine and passionate about helping others, and always made me feel that my case mattered. I was blown away how he jumped in full speed, and finished the job with flying colors. The main point here that I want to make is, not only does he have a knowledge base for the types of cases he can take, but he is skilled enough to jump in and run on cases he is new to. In my opinion that’s the definition of an outstanding lawyer. I would recommend him to anyone!
I've enjoyed working with Dowd and Dowd. They were very attentive and responded back in record time. They were always pleasant and friendly and very helpful on keeping me informed about my case. They have a good understanding of the law and will do whatever it takes to get you a fair offer from your settlement. I'm highly appreciative and grateful that Dowd and Dowd were my attorneys. I'd highly recommend them to anyone. Sincerely, Grateful
Excellent Customer Service
Anything that was written about this company (as in positive) is a lie. Maybe they was a good company in their day but this is today. I prayed for over a year to get justice, to be heard, to succeed. I was lead to believe things were going to be ok, not to worry. I was lead to believe in Dowd and Dowd. If they had fight, it is gone now. If they had compassion, it is gone now. If there was any intelligence to handle a case, it is gone. My case was taken and I was given promise and hope. Richard never filed anything for me. Had my case for over a year and I was lied to the whole time. A person . . a company you should never trust. Update: NO . . I will not delete this. If I could, I would take old Richard to court. I would find out IF the department paid him off. Common sense has been lost by this person. If there is no criminal history to be found then how is a person convicted/prosecuted on . . . nothing? NO arrest . . no charge . . no conviction? Hummm? I just KNOW there is a dunce/dummy cone hat being worn in that office. I just want to see please.
