Was garnished by this company in July into August thought everything was fine so why did they come back in October for the same case number and garnish me again. I argued with the company I worked for they needed something from the the law office to cancel the garnishment but this law office says my company doesn't accept things like that that I'll have to wait to get my money back. Here I am almost to February and my overpayment of close to 600 still hasn't been returned.

These people ridiculous I've not worked going on 4 months now due to a health issue and just today I received a letter from them threatening to garnish wages I no longer earn as far as i know Medicaid took care of any past due balance i might've had so obviously these people are debt poachers. Told me to contact Mid South I told her naw y'all contact Mid South 🤣

No verification, no response, no explanation. Very concerned to see an attorney engage in these practices

Trying to garnish me for a bill already being garnished and conveniently won't answer the call so I can dispute it...

After being delivered a paper that looks like a Cort document over a hospital bill that is not correct. When I made contact I was told to call some collection agency. Neither party could give me any detailed information expect some outrageous amount for UAMS. UAMS don't show me having a past due amount. They might wan Practicet to read up on Fair Debt Collection Practices Act

I say this is a scam as lawyer in the world if you want to go to him to scam somebody go ahead.

Almost impossible to deal with. If you call they will state an account is with midsouth collections. Once you contact midsouth, they will tell you that it is with attorney Brad Dowler. I have a paid account that we are having to pay for court cost due to this run around. UAMS has lost a customer over how they handle things.
