This office communicates very well, constantly emailing and text messaging. The flaw that I had with them is they didn't fight hard enough. It was always "well that's typically not how things work" or "i never seen a judge lean that way". They forgot about what me (the client) was asking for. Me and my co-parent had to basically come up with our own arrangement and just have the lawyers sign off on it because if I would have left it in the hands of those representing me, it would have not gone in my favor despite all the evidence I sent to them. And you are charged for every email and text message they send you or you send them so just know this will be an investment.

Mr. Doyle and his entire staff are, in my families opinion, the very best out there. Our family has been represented by Mr. Doyle on multiple occasions and have recieved nothing but the best care. Whether it be updates, communications, pulling questions, Mr. Doyle and staff are always on top of things. They are professional, kind, understanding and responsive. I would highly suggest you see them first before making your choice of representation.

So I call this “top-tier,” 4.9-star law firm today—because naturally, when you’re in the middle of a 15-year marriage collapsing, you expect some level of professionalism. Silly me. Their intake specialist—who reminds me of someone trained to sound helpful without actually being helpful—asks what’s going on. I explain. He assures me they’re all “very knowledgeable,” but somehow that knowledge evaporates unless I pay $200 to talk to the attorney. Fascinating. So I ask to speak with the paralegal. Suddenly, the paralegal is “completely booked.” Alright. Fine. I ask, very clearly, for Tuesday or Wednesday—my actual days off, which I emphasized multiple times. And what does he do? Insists on Thursday. Over and over. As if repeating the wrong answer will magically make it right. I say I work in law enforcement, my schedule isn’t flexible, I can’t just step away on a Thursday. He responds by offering… you guessed it… Thursday, like it’s the only day on the planet and I’m the unreasonable one. Amazing how a firm can brag about being “highly rated” while simultaneously demonstrating their inability to perform the advanced skill known as listening. Exactly what everyone needs during a divorce—another person who can’t hear a single thing you say while feelibg overwhelmed, sad, broken, and gone inside. Thanks for wasting my time.
