I reached out to this firm 3 weeks ago in regards to a denial letter that was sent out by Social Security. I reached out to this firm to see if they can help me out with this issue. I spoke to an agent and they sent me A contract to fill out and sign which I did. I sent it back three weeks ago and I’ve called five times. Left a message five different times and yet still no one has reached out to me?

IM ABSOLUTELY INFURIATED WITH THIS FIRM!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'VE MISSED SEVERAL APPOINTMENTS MY CLAIM HAS BEEN DENIED TWICE, NOW ITS PEDDING AN APPEAL IN COURT, THE APPLICATION SHOULD HAVE BEEN RE-ENTERED & PROCESSED AS OF YESTERDAY!!!!! THEY KNOWINGLY KNOW ALL OF THIS ON MY FILE BUT YET HAVE DONE ABSOLUTELY NOTHING INCLUDING RETURNING ALL MY MANY PHONE CALLS TO THEM BECAUSE IT WILL NEVER GO PAST A CALL CENTER AND ALL OF THE "CASE MANAGEMENT " WORKER'S " DO NOT HAVE A DIRECT LINE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I HAVE REQUESTED TO SPEAK TO A SUPPERVISOR AND HAVE NOT HAD NOT ONE CONVERSATION UPON ANY OF MY REQUESTS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! ALL OF MY APPOINTMENTS MISSED MY FOLLOW UPS AND EVALUATIONS HAVE BEEN BECAUSE BILL LA TOUR DOESN'T EVEN PROVIDE YOU WITH ANY CONFIRMATION DATES IN ADVANCED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! SSA JUST DECIDES A DATE IN ADVANCED FOR YOU TO SHOW UP M, BARLEY LEAVING A MESSAGE & THIS IS HOW I GET TREATED BY THIS FIRMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM!!!!!!!!!!! NO CALL BACKS ,NO DIRECT LINES, MISSED APPOINTMENTS BECAUSE OF ABSOLUTELY NO COMUNICATION!!!!!!!!!

This law firm cost me my disability benefits. I trusted them because of their TV advertisements, and that trust was misplaced. For two years, my case was neglected. Mr. Latour ignored my emails and phone calls, and communication with the firm was nearly impossible. On the day of my hearing, no one showed up to represent me. I was left alone to face the judge without legal support. This is unacceptable and deeply unprofessional. I strongly advise anyone considering this firm to do thorough research before hiring them. Be very cautious.

I signed a contract with this firm last week and received a welcome email. I received new documents from ssa and sent a text message to the office, I received a reply stating that my case has been closed with their office- no explanation. I assume this is a mistake, but I cant get a hold of anyone at this office, not through text, email or any of the provided phone numbers. The only way to get an answer is to go through the new client intake (go figure). This is not an appropriate way to communicate with clients under any circumstances, but especially given this firms proclaimed ability to understand unique needs of people with both neuro and psych disability. I had high hopes, and I am left confused and disappointed.

Easy, breezy and I feel comfortable with everything, choosing them to help me with my case, the initial in-take phone call, honestly couldn't have been easier. I'm glad I decided not to go at this complicated process all alone and have them doing all the leg work, keep up the good job guys, highly recommended!
