Mr. Aehegma represented me in a felon possession case against me 10 years ago where I had two prior federal felonies and a 6F on the sentencing guidelines which should have been an 18-month sentence followed by 3 years of probation. I asked them if they thought that deciding to pay for my own attorney rather than get a court appointed attorney had helped me avoid jail time and they responded with "Oh God yes it did!"
