Rashin is a bad a$$ in court. She cares about your case and works hard to ensure the best outcome.

Rashin Mazaheri represented me in a very complex divorce case. There were abuse allegations, a protective order, and very unfair rulings in a small town court. I had three other attorneys who simply refused to accept and show irrefutable evidence that the court made mistakes and were wrong. When taking my case last minute, almost none of my evidence was submitted by my previous counsel. Ms. Mazaheri used the opposing counsel's evidence to prove that they were not being honest. She also wasn't afraid to show the judge that the court's previous conclusions and conceptions were unfounded. Going in with Mazaheri, I was almost certain that divorce court was a scam and all lawyers were in on it. I went forward to trial expecting the worst, but I need to tell my children I did what I could for them. We did not have a fairytale ending that day in court but, watching her perform was the stuff of movie fiction. Her knowledge, experience, and diligent staff are a force of nature. Thank you to all the staff I met and those I did not get a chance to meet.

if you hire Rashin you should be aware, she does not act in a professional manner, she sits on paperwork for many months. she will not communicate with other lawyers in a timely manner on purpose. she has failed time and time again to complete paperwork and does not meet deadlines. Very poor work for a licensed lawyer. Conclusion: Stay away.

Ms. Mazaheri is brilliant!!!! She and her staff are so kind. I felt hopeless when I first came to Ms. Mazaheri but after seeing her in court my faith has been restored. Absolutely horrible experience. I was referred to this law office by another attorney thinking that they would help me, but unfortunately that was not the case. I paid for a phone consultation and the attorney assigned didn't call me on the scheduled time and date. I called and there was barely an apology. We rescheduled and she made me feel that my case wasn't as important as others saying she won't be able to get back to me until the following week. It's been a week and still no contact. They basically took my money and ran. Do not seek help from this law firm. They are completely unprofessional.
