Very unprofessional office. They can not answer an email or give me someone a call back in a timely manner. I have been waiting for 5 weeks for documents. His excuse was, he has bigger cases he is dealing at moment. My response, then you shouldn't have taken this case on if you cant adhere to it. Still no response. It has not been over 2 months and he has not contacted me, when we have court in two weeks. Ashley is the most unprofessional person I have come across. She has not returned my phone calls or emails. Today she hung up on me when I asked where my paperwork was. DO NOT USE THIS LAW OFFICE AT ALL COSTS

Ashley is the worst person in that office. She is very rude. Has zero compassion. Likes to think she knows everything and refuses to let you speak to the actual attorney and then hangs up. Bryan was a pleasure to speak with, but due to a misunderstanding on dates my wages are now being garnished (for a single mom of 3 its hard enough to survive in this economy) and when I called to try and communicate the error as well as make a payment, I got told there is nothing they can do about it, which is not true. I did my research before calling. They can absolutely stop a garnishment if they choose to. She just didn't want to help or let me speak with anyone that actually could help.

I called them 8 times in the span of two days just to get put on hold for an hour each time now their gonna garnish my checks cause they wouldn’t talk to me at all

Karina and Ashley are horrific, sarcastic, mean spirited people and If you ever find yourself dealing with them, I am truly so sorry for you. They are not willing at all to work with anything lower than the full 25% wage garnishment. They have caused my family’s life to truly flip upside down and they sincerely do not care. No emergency room hospital debt should cause you to lose your house, job and barely be able to put a meal on the table. Horrific, life changing experience.

As a repossession agent myself I can tell you sometimes these things happen. Regardless we are very nice to people when they come and talk to us to get there car/stuff back. Its easy to be nice. This staff is abhorrently rude and cannot even have simple conversations without being rude, snarky and outright disrespectful. The owner should hold his employees to a higher standard. The office ladies he has now are just terrible for this line of work and should be removed promptly. I pray mercy for anyone who has to deal with these absolutely rude and unprofessional people.

I'm going to make this as short as I possibly can.. they are the worst company to talk to, deal with, come in contact with. Completely disregard any situations you're already in and will never listen but are so quick to judge! Never ever have I met more miserable ladies! And good riddance to them and how they handle situations! Hope all those times people had to pay almost a luxury car payment in order to settle with them, are worth it. And some people being not even able to by groceries. Hope its all worth it 👏💪🙏 Definitely show you that you are not right, don't have any right to question, are not of in any situation for receiving any kind of courtesy, respect. Seems like people are just a waste of breath for dealing with them. Sheeeesssshhhhh!!

Hahah I would hate to be hated by everyone

I agree with the other person the lady at the front desk is extremely rude and had the nerve to tell me she wouldn’t deal with my attitude when she answered the phone initially with an attitude. Her response when I asked her about her temperament, “that’s neither here nor there”. She threw a fit over me discussing the process of “dropping a case” when I didn’t use her correct term “dismissed”. SHE KNEW WHAT I MEANT but continued to act stupid instead of making the conversation easy by answering my question. All I needed from her was “we will notify the court that you paid and they will dismiss the case”. When I called last week she just kept saying well you’re still getting sued. Even when I told her it would be paid in full. This lady must hate her job to attack anyone she gets on a phone with when this is the JOB SHE CHOSE. I did not choose to be forced to work with someone who is so impolite, ill-mannered, and rude. I would have paid a week earlier if she knew how to have a polite direct conversation. Hopefully my review helps some other people so you don’t have to call this horrible place and be disrespected.

Very unhappy people that work there. Needed to change my payment arrangement wouldn't even consider a option. I wouldn't even consider using them even it wasn't for collections.

Won't even try to work with you. Single dad with kids getting sued for a bill I didn't even know I had. Very rude and spiteful on the phone. I am definitely not as good of a person as any of them. As I get kicked out of my house with my 4 kids because they are going to garnish my wages and not even try to work with me. Sad day.

They definitely deserve no stars. Very unprofessional the lady's they having working the desk definitely need to be fired. Very rude if you ask to talk to anyone else and they are not helpful. I'm honestly so surprised they are still in business with how they treat people!

It wouldn’t let me rate zero to start First of all this such a scam of company costumer service representatives are rude don’t care about your situation and ask for ridiculous amounts of monthly and their policies only benefits their pockets! they always have attitude when answering the phone they’re are leaches to society that pray on people who don’t have the means to pay medical bill if you got stuck with them good luck they’re are a horrible company.

Mr. Driscoll helped me understand a legal issue. I appreciate his depth of knowledge and how he communicates in a trustworthy and compassionate manner.
