Had some office scheduling issues where appointments were made but not kept. Seemed lack of office coordination with payment processing to phone meeting times. I had to call several times to get clarification on the payment and after phone appointments were missed by Driver Defense Team. Given that our case was for speeding, it took many calls to understand what the expectation would be set. In the end, court supervision was given with >$300 fine. Was it worth paying ~$750 for it instead of the original fine of $164 -- it might have been worth not getting points on your Drivers license
