This has been the worst experience of my life. They pretty much do nothing but take your money. I could have lit $2000 on fire for better use. Seek help elsewhere please!!!!

If i could I'd give the no stars. There's no communication, they say they'll take care of it. Then when the court date shows up they dont. No calls no nothing. I had to pay the fine ,got the points, then the company that talked me into using it fired me because of the ticket and can't get hired anywhere because of it. Useless and very unprofessional

Got a speeding ticket for 19 over in a tractor trailer. I did everything they asked. And they saved my cdl driving record. I didn't even have to appear for court. And the ticket got reduced to 5 over and a $250 fine. I was more then satisfied.

WERNER ENTERPRISE uses the service of Driver Legal Plan. During orientation, they offered an insurance to be charged every pay check. I never failed to pay so I used their service when I went overspeeding. I paid $100 extra and submitted my authorization and my written statement. I was informed that a court date was 6 months after the incident. Now no one responds to my follow ups. Even the Atty Michael never returned my calls.

The attorney they referred me to was no good couldn’t even win my case took the easy way out instead of requesting dashcam footage

Useless and crooked and admitted guilty which i was on zoom he hasn’t said a word

“WARNING SCAM” This company is TERRIBLE! DO NOT USE! I’m a semi truck driver and I got a ticket in California or going 10 miles an hour over the speed limit. It took them almost a year to handle this and I spent over $500 dollars and they still lost in court and the violation went on my record! I could have done that for free. They have no pull in the courtroom. They are a joke and will scam your money.

My brother and I been been with drivers legal plan since 2018, they helped us fight numerous moving violations including 3 in Georgia and they beat all of them. Thank you to you guys.

Useless. Fumbled and mishandled my case all the way through to the point that when I actually ended up testifying my lawyer really didn't understand what was going on because I only got a chance to talk to him about the case about an hour or two before the hearing. I had to chase him down. Then, when they were going to challenge the other parts of the inspection, they waited for seven months almost to make that challenge, and then wanted documentation and a statement, which I had already given them almost immediately after I got the inspection report. I absolutely and in no uncertain terms tell you run from these guys. I have not had an interaction with them that was professional or well handled.

DON'T WANT NO EXPERIENCE WITH THEM AFTER ALL THESE BAD ASS REVIEWS. PLUS THEY ASKED ME FOR MY SSN. YOU DON'T NEED ALL THAT TO FIGHT A TICKET.

Withdrawing my membership today... Waste of time and money... If needed it is better off to use local attorney

Useless. Expensive. & u have to chase & harass them depending on the state. They only got 1 lawyer in Indiana & hes overworked, probably same for every state. Trucking is to get in & out of. Im just about done but if i wasnt i wouldnt use dlp. I think its the system too. Used them a couple times for over ten yrs but recently experiences arent good. So pointless. Cop could be clearly wrong, you can send evidence & everything & then trial & worse consequences if they decide to screw u. Super rigged & catch 22 as per usual. Stay safe & out the way. If i was still trucking id try one more lawyer or two & if nothing id just plea guilty & play the game how it go. The system matrix america tripping. On power too. Jus say no

Always work. You pay now or pay your insurance more every year. Not cheap. They solve it. Period.

We are extremely dissatisfied with Driver’s Legal Plan service. I called twice yesterday to confirm the correct court date and was assured by two different customer service representatives that it was scheduled for 08/13/2024. However, we have since received an official email from the attorney’s office stating that the court date was actually transferred to 08/27/2024. We are extremely disappointed that Driver Legal Plan cannot provide accurate information. I called a third time today and was unable to reach a manager to discuss this matter. The support representative abruptly hung up on me, which is unacceptable. We have a large number of drivers and strive to assist them with citation-related issues. Driver’s Legal Plan inability to provide reliable information is creating significant challenges for us.

They left me high and dry paid them to defend me on a speeding ticket the day of court the lawyer never showed up reached out to them and everyone who I spoke with before hand ignored my calls and messages if you’re a driver please just find your own local lawyer. Then took them 3 weeks from the blown court date to refund me!Horrible Company
