Peter is a kind and helpful attorney. It’s just him and his secretary, so they do the best they can and really try to have a personal touch.

This is the worst place to hire a lawyer if you want to have a competent, responsible, resourceful attorney. With my personal experience here if I could give it a zero rating I would! They do not return phone calls or are in the office very often, they say they will help you when all they do is grab your money and run; Do not go to this place even if you are desperate!

If I could rate this place with a zero I would! Very unprofessional attorneys especially Peter Duffy himself he took my case dragged it along for 2 years with no deposition and then decided to withdraw for no reason except for a lie! They do not keep in touch with you and when you try get in touch with them they don't return your calls or give you some kind of excuse saying they are on vacation. If you even think about going there DON'T they will either rip you off or lie about how they are going to help you!
