Just the other week Dan represented me in a court case that we had little to no chance of winning. He was very professional positive and empathetic through the whole experience. In the Fall of 2019 our family suffered the unimaginable. At no fault of their own, my two grandsons were involved in a car accident that claimed the life of one and critically injured the other. Danny was great he was very helpful in trying to get me with the right person. Christine on the other hand was very unprofessional- so much so I would NEVER recommend anyone to do anything at this office if they have to deal with her. I asked to be routed back to the front office to speak with a lawyer on legal matters and she refused then tried to send me to another law firm. Other than danny being helpful I couldn't get in touch to make an appointment with a lawyer and had the most horrendous customer service I've recieved in my life. It's a shame people going through a major family crisis can't get compassion or assistance. It is extremely difficult for me to give a one star but her behavior warrants it.
