Hughes told the city that they need to follow the ordinance and not the constitution! Transcript is readily available. Constitution is the Supreme law of the land and any so called attorney should know that. I never claimed to be associated with your firm, seems to be a generic response from you when you get a bad review. The entire meeting was recorded so we will just let that speak for itself. Thanks

I would highly recommend Daniel Hughes and the staff at Duggan & Hughes. My daughter is special needs, and Daniel helped advise us on legal documents we needed for her as well as setting up a trust. For years we had tried to get disability for her with no success. Because of Daniel’s work, my daughter finally was awarded disability. Daniel and his paralegal Tonya guided us through the disability process every step of the way. Although tedious, the entire process seemed simplified. Daniel was always so respectful and made both of us feel at ease. His calming professional demeanor makes you know all matters are going to be handled as they should be.

I really enjoyed my experiences with the law firm. Mr. Duggan was always professional and courteous in handling my disability case. Then, Mr. Hughes was very helpful in handling our Mother’s probate case. They have top notch assistants who I interacted with as well. I would greatly recommend their services to anyone.

Has no understanding of the Constitution.

One of the worst lawyers who probably should be disbarred - assisted police to violate a man who was well within his rights in terms of videography. Avoid this man like a plague

I was on the other side of Alex Zimmerman in a civil matter. He represented his client exceptionally well, and was incredibly professional and courteous in his dealings with me. It's not often you get a good review from the other side, but here we are.

Once they were denied close to 50k of my back pay. both magistrate court judges denied you. You filed with district court without my knowledge or consent. You said you guys don't take from my family, you did. I can prove that in emails. They act like they serve God, but it's just the opposite. Unethical behavior. It's taken over a year and half to figure out what you did, thanks to the payment center. Greed and thieves. But you will answer to God.

I meant to been come here a year ago, however I completely forgot. Let me say Mr. Bramhall was very sweet, he came into town just to speak with me and my husband. He was very encouraging throughout this whole process. He wasn't all about business but also about meeting you on a personal level. Thank you Thank you. I will recommend more people to you!!
